Delivery and On-campus Pick-up

Delivery

Please allow up to 7 days for your order to be processed and fulfilled.

• Domestic Shipping via Australia Post | 5-7 Business Days from fulfilment| $10 flat rate
• International Shipping via DHL International | Approx. 10 Business Days | $25 flat rate 

Please note we try our hardest to meet all delivery times, but very occasionally, there may be delays, especially during busy periods (including graduations). 

Shipping times are calculated based on when your order has been sent.

On-campus Pickup

Pickup is available on Wednesdays from 11am - 2pm only, from Desk 3 at Flinders Connect at Bedford Park campus. You will receive a notification once your order is available for collection. Please allow up to 8 days for your order to arrive on-campus. 

If you are unable to collect on the designated day, please select delivery upon checkout. 

Unfortunately, we are unable to facilitate collections outside of the set day/times. If you are unable to pick-up your order during these times and need to change your order to be delivered please contact us at events@flinders.edu.au and we will send you a link to add shipping to your order (fees apply).
